Watermelon and Cucumber Anti-Edematous Smoothie

Let's get the payments in.....

1. Watermelon and Cucumber Smoothie:

  • 2 cups diced watermelon

  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup water or ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Optionally add a little honey or agave syrup to sweeten.
